REVIEW: A Dangerous Nativity (The Dangerous Series) by Caroline Warfield. The secrets from the past are painful and I urge people to read the trigger warnings but there are no scenes of them in the story and the descriptions are kept brief. The romance is charming - I seem to be using that word a lot in my recent reviews but here it's. Dangerous Works. A battered war hero, an abused woman, and a body of neglected work come together in an emotionally complex story set in Cambridge, England, in It is the story of the seductive power of words and the triumph of love over fear. A little Greek is one thing; the art of love is another. Only one man ever tried to teach Lady. All in all, this is a big disappointment after "Dangerous Secrets" (which I highly recommend.) If nothing else is available, it's an okay read fairly well constructed and not offensively bad. (This story actually takes place in the period between "Dangerous Works" and "Dangerous Secrets.") On the positive side also, the stories are somewhat.
